Kennesaw Maternity Photography

I first met Kasey at the annual event, Night of Broadway Stars hosted by Covenant House Georgia. She won my auction for a portrait session and we started making plans for making the images she wanted with her husband. This turned into a Kennesaw maternity photography session after she found out she was pregnant. Suddenly, this session got much more exciting as she and her husband were expecting this new miracle!

Due to the portrait session turning into a maternity session, we pushed the date out to maximize when Kasey’s baby bump would be nicely showing. But also not so close to her due date that we had to worry she might deliver early. Or just be too uncomfortable to even want to be photographed.

Planning a Maternity Photography Session

Kasey bought different outfits to bring with her to her maternity session. And picked up fresh flowers on the way to my studio. Her husband came along to watch and be the perfect Hype Man for her while I was photographing her. It was a great team effort in making sure Kasey felt comfortable, looked her best, and we all had a fun time together.

Reactions Are The Best!

Seeing Kasey’s and her husbands reactions to the images at their ordering appointment was the best. It’s always exciting to see reactions as what I present seems to always be a surprise to my clients. The photographs are better than they imagined during their session. I loved working with them in not only creating maternity photographs, but helping select the images they wanted for an album. Once their images were selected, I designed the album layout and sent it to them for approval. Then I could submit the files to my publisher. In less than two weeks, their album was ready to deliver. I loved driving to Kasey’s workplace to put the album in her hands and watch her reaction as she turned the pages. I love knowing how much my clients love their images and products because I always want to make sure my people are happy!
