Hello Canon. Goodbye Nikon.
I did something this month that I never thought I would do. I left Nikon. After having a wonderful 20+ years with them, I decided it was time we parted ways. It was a good run. I loved every minute of it. Or almost. Which then lead to switching teams after months and months of contemplation.
I am having fun with my new gear. It’s been a pretty painless transition, with the exception of losing a couple of customized functions. I’m selling off all of my Nikon equipment. Not much is left, but I do still have my 17-35 2.8/f lens (it’s mega sharp and makes fabulous images!), my D700 body (with just over 103K clicks on the shutter), and a couple of speedlights. I also have a D7000 (with under 3k clicks on it), and two other non-pro lenses. Send me a message if you’re interested in any of them. They’re all in great condition and I’ve got the original boxes and manuals. They need good homes. 🙂
You should also check back in later this week. I’m celebrating three years of business and there will be some really fabulous opportunities. But you’ll need to be fast and the first responder!
