The Start of Neo Deli Nation

I have known Rebecca since we were in fourth grade. She is now one of my most trusted and valued friends. It was a pleasure to offer my services as an Atlanta small business photographer as she starts up this new gluten free dough business. Rebecca and her husband created Neo Deli Nation with the intent to provide delicious gluten free dough that can be used for many purposes once baked. You can purchase this excellent gluten free dough from her in person at multiple local farmers markets! Schedules for the locations are listed on the Neo Deli Nation website.

Gluten Free Dough

While I don’t have health issues requiring I avoid gluten, I have tried many gf products in the past in an attempt to be healthier. Or to see if it made a noticeable difference for me in energy levels or digestion. What I found in the past is that gf products are typically dry and taste considerably different. And not in a good way. Rebecca let me try her gluten free baked goods. They were so delicious and didn’t taste any different to me! Normally, I’ve found gf breads to be dense. Neo Deli Nation gluten free bread had little air pockets in it like sour dough. It was so tasty and is great to eat without adding anything. Although, I tried adding a pat of butter and that was quite tasty, too. Because…butter.

Farmers Market Location Info

Neo Deli Nation is now at the East Point Farmers Market every Wednesday from 4-7pm. You can find more details about the location and other vendors on their instagram account. I love that Rebecca is helping feature other locally owned small businesses.
