North Georgia Mountain Wedding In Big Canoe – David + Christine Got Married
This past Saturday, I drove my minivan (in low gear) along mountain ridgelines in North Georgia. I revised my previous outlook that the only real mountains in the United States are out West and that these really are more than just hills in the northern reaches of the state. There were several points along my drive that I could tell the land just fell away from the road. On both sides. Simultaneously.
David and Christine were married in front of this waterfall by a dear friend. While less than a dozen of their family and closest friends stood just feet away on the other side of this mountain stream. It was an intimate ceremony and one that reminded me how amazing it is when two people fall in love and choose to join paths and exchange vows.
Seeing their excitement over the day and their love for each other is fulfilling in a way that I struggle to express in words. But this love is something that I hope everyone has the chance to experience in their lifetime.

After a week of torrential downpours, fog, and general dreariness, the sun came out and burned off all the clouds to provide an absolutely glorious day for this intimate wedding in Big Canoe. I loved being there to document it for David + Christine and cannot wait to get through all of their photographs to show them!
